一般(ban)情況下(xia),水泥磨(mo)發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機通過工業高壓電,來使水泥磨(mo)轉動(dong)(dong)。發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機分為(wei)活塞發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機,沖壓發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機,火箭發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機,渦輪發(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機。
1)進氣沖程
進(jin)(jin)入汽缸的工質是純(chun)空氣。由于(yu)柴(chai)油(you)機進(jin)(jin)氣系統阻(zu)力(li)(li)較小,進(jin)(jin)氣終(zhong)點壓(ya)力(li)(li)pa=(0.85~0.95)p0,比(bi)汽油(you)機高(gao)。進(jin)(jin)氣終(zhong)點溫度Ta=300~340K,比(bi)汽油(you)機低。
(2)壓縮沖程
由于壓(ya)縮的(de)工質是純(chun)空氣,因此柴油(you)(you)機的(de)壓(ya)縮比(bi)比(bi)汽油(you)(you)機高(一(yi)般(ban)為ε=16~22)。壓(ya)縮終點的(de)壓(ya)力(li)為3000~5000kPa,壓(ya)縮終點的(de)溫度為750~1000K,大大超過柴油(you)(you)的(de)自燃(ran)溫度(約520K)。
(3)做功沖程
當壓(ya)(ya)縮沖程(cheng)接(jie)近(jin)終了時(shi),在(zai)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)油(you)泵作用下,將柴(chai)油(you)以10MPa左右的(de)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)通過噴油(you)器噴入汽(qi)缸燃燒室中,在(zai)很(hen)短的(de)時(shi)間內與空氣混(hun)合后(hou)立即自行發火燃燒。汽(qi)缸內氣體的(de)壓(ya)(ya)力急速上(shang)升,高(gao)達5000~9000kPa,溫度(du)上(shang)升高(gao)達1800~2000K。由于柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)是靠(kao)壓(ya)(ya)縮自行著火燃燒,故稱柴(chai)油(you)機(ji)為(wei)壓(ya)(ya)燃式發動機(ji)。
(4)排氣沖程
柴油(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)排(pai)氣(qi)與(yu)汽油(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)基(ji)本相同,只(zhi)是排(pai)氣(qi)溫度比汽油(you)機(ji)(ji)(ji)低。一(yi)般(ban)Tr=700~900K。對于單(dan)缸(gang)(gang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)來說(shuo),其轉(zhuan)速不(bu)均勻(yun),發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)工作不(bu)平穩,振動(dong)(dong)大。這是因(yin)為(wei)四個(ge)沖(chong)程(cheng)(cheng)中(zhong)只(zhi)有一(yi)個(ge)沖(chong)程(cheng)(cheng)是做(zuo)功的(de),其他三個(ge)沖(chong)程(cheng)(cheng)是消耗動(dong)(dong)力為(wei)做(zuo)功做(zuo)準(zhun)備的(de)沖(chong)程(cheng)(cheng)。為(wei)了(le)解決(jue)這個(ge)問(wen)題(ti),飛輪必須具有足(zu)夠大的(de)轉(zhuan)動(dong)(dong)慣量(liang),這樣又會導致整個(ge)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)質量(liang)和(he)尺寸增加,采(cai)用(yong)多缸(gang)(gang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)可以彌補上述不(bu)足(zu),現代(dai)汽車用(yong)多采(cai)用(yong)四缸(gang)(gang)、六缸(gang)(gang)和(he)八缸(gang)(gang)發(fa)(fa)(fa)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)(ji)(ji)。
