靜(jing)電(dian)除(chu)塵器也被稱為“高(gao)壓靜(jing)電(dian)除(chu)塵器”,是利用(yong)電(dian)力(li)進行(xing)除(chu)塵的(de)裝置,是凈化含塵氣體常(chang)用(yong)環保設備之一,廣泛應(ying)用(yong)于電(dian)力(li)、冶金、建材、化工等行(xing)業。

高壓靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)是(shi)一(yi)種用(yong)(yong)于捕集細微(wei)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)的(de)(de)(de)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi),它是(shi)利(li)用(yong)(yong)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力實現氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)中的(de)(de)(de)固體(ti)(ti)或液體(ti)(ti)粒子(zi)與氣(qi)流分離一(yi)種除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)裝置,它是(shi)把靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)除(chu)塵(chen)(chen)器(qi)的(de)(de)(de)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)和收塵(chen)(chen)極(ji)(ji)接于高壓直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),維(wei)持一(yi)個足以使(shi)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離的(de)(de)(de)靜(jing)(jing)(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang),當含塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)通(tong)過兩(liang)極(ji)(ji)間非均勻電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)時(shi)(shi),在放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)周圍強電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)強作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下發生電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離,形成氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)離子(zi)和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)并使(shi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)粒子(zi)荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),荷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)后的(de)(de)(de)粒子(zi)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場(chang)作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)下向收塵(chen)(chen)極(ji)(ji)運動并在收塵(chen)(chen)極(ji)(ji)上沉積,從而達到粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)氣(qi)體(ti)(ti)分離的(de)(de)(de)目的(de)(de)(de),當收塵(chen)(chen)極(ji)(ji)上粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)達到一(yi)定(ding)厚度時(shi)(shi),借(jie)助(zhu)于振打機構(gou)使(shi)粉(fen)塵(chen)(chen)落入下部灰斗。
1、靜(jing)電除塵(chen)(chen)器可以通(tong)過加長電場長度的(de)辦(ban)法提高捕(bu)集效(xiao)率(lv),當煙氣中粉塵(chen)(chen)狀(zhuang)態處于一般狀(zhuang)態時,其捕(bu)集效(xiao)率(lv)可達99%以上。
2、高(gao)壓靜電除塵(chen)器的能耗主要由設(she)備阻(zu)力(li)損失(shi),供電裝(zhuang)置、電加熱保溫和振打電動機等能耗組成。與其它除塵(chen)設(she)備相比能耗要低于35%,又很(hen)少更換易損件,所(suo)以(yi)運行費用比袋式除塵(chen)器等要低得多。
3、可(ke)處理(li)大(da)風量(liang)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)。電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)由于結構上(shang)易于模塊化,因此可(ke)以(yi)實現裝(zhuang)置大(da)型化。目(mu)前單臺高壓靜電除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)煙(yan)氣(qi)(qi)處理(li)量(liang)已(yi)達(da)200萬m3/h。其他除(chu)(chu)塵(chen)器(qi)是無(wu)法相比(bi)的。
4、一(yi)次投(tou)資較(jiao)大。高(gao)壓靜電電除(chu)塵器和其他除(chu)塵設備(bei)相比(bi),結構復雜(za),耗用(yong)鋼材(cai)較(jiao)多,每個電場需配(pei)用(yong)一(yi)套高(gao)壓電源及(ji)控制(zhi)裝置,因此(ci)價(jia)格較(jiao)貴(gui)。
