目(mu)前脫(tuo)硫(liu)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)處理(li)(li)工藝和設備并不(bu)完全與(yu)天(tian)然(ran)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)相同(tong)(tong)(tong),如在物料(liao)輸(shu)送、粉塵處理(li)(li)、煅(duan)燒工藝等。就物性方面來(lai)說,脫(tuo)硫(liu)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)與(yu)天(tian)然(ran)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)也有不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)之處,如脫(tuo)硫(liu)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)純度(du)(du)高(gao),游離水大(da),粒度(du)(du)細;顆粒大(da)小粒徑分布(bu)均勻,級配較(jiao)差(cha),標稠用水量大(da), 還值得注(zhu)意的(de)(de)是脫(tuo)硫(liu)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)與(yu)天(tian)然(ran)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)二者來(lai)源不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong),脫(tuo)硫(liu)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)中(zhong)以未反應(ying)的(de)(de)碳酸(suan)鈣為主(zhu)要(yao)雜(za)質(zhi)及未被(bei)完全氧化的(de)(de)亞(ya)硫(liu)酸(suan)鈣存在、 石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)原料(liao)成份的(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong),加工石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)灰石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)細度(du)(du)的(de)(de)不(bu)同(tong)(tong)(tong)等都(dou)會影響(xiang)脫(tuo)硫(liu)石(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)膏(gao)(gao)的(de)(de)品質(zhi)。
石(shi)膏(gao)由供料(liao)(liao)裝置(zhi)進(jin)(jin)入多層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)內層(ceng),實現(xian)順流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),脫硫(liu)石(shi)膏(gao)在(zai)內層(ceng)的(de)抄板下不(bu)斷(duan)抄起、散落呈螺(luo)旋行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)式實現(xian)熱(re)(re)交換,物料(liao)(liao)移動至(zhi)內層(ceng)的(de)另一端進(jin)(jin)入中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng),進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)逆流(liu)烘(hong)干(gan)(gan),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)不(bu)斷(duan)地被(bei)反復揚進(jin)(jin),呈進(jin)(jin)兩步退一步的(de)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)方式,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)既充(chong)分(fen)吸收(shou)內層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)散發(fa)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,又吸收(shou)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)的(de)熱(re)(re)量,同時(shi)又延長了干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)時(shi)間,物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此得以干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)。物料(liao)(liao)行(xing)(xing)(xing)至(zhi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)層(ceng)另一端而落入外層(ceng),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)外層(ceng)滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong)內呈矩形多回路方式行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)熱(re)(re)風(feng)作用(yong)下快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin)排出滾(gun)筒(tong)(tong)(tong),沒有達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo)的(de)濕(shi)物料(liao)(liao)因自重而不(bu)能快速(su)行(xing)(xing)(xing)進(jin)(jin),物料(liao)(liao)在(zai)此矩形抄板內進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)充(chong)分(fen)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao),由此達(da)到干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)效(xiao)果(guo),鐵粉烘(hong)干(gan)(gan)機(ji)完成(cheng)干(gan)(gan)燥(zao)(zao)(zao)過(guo)程。
